Chapter One
 A hidden gem housed in the basement of the former Jameson Whiskey family home. A bright stylish Georgian basement restaurant on Parnell Square North, between Dublin Writers Museum and Municipal Gallery, five minutes walk from the City Centre and Temple Bar. The Restaurant features large georgian rooms interconnecting in shades of bright and pastel yellows. Spaciously comfortable reception room with two elegant dining rooms. Private bar room and private dining rooms also available. Fine art, original stone, mirrors and drapes which add to the ambience.
Ross Lewis' knowledge, appreciation and talent with food has deflected culinary attention north of the river. Progressive style, concise flavours and careful attention to detail produce an interesting, attractive and varied cuisine.
A friendly welcome is always assured by Martin Corbett who heads the front of house. An extremely pleasant and comfortable restaurant at the affordable end of upmarket dining.
At Chapter One Restaurant we will also be happy to look after your catering needs in the Gallery of Writers banqueting room. The Gallery of Writers at the Dublin Writers museum is splendidly ornate with its gold colonnade, hand painted doors and elaborate Adams frieze. The Gallery is the ideal elegant setting for celebration. With a seating capacity for lunch or dinner of up to 96 and a buffet or reception for up to 150.
